One key factor that determines productivity rate is our work environment. How conducive to effective work is it for us when we need to focus on our task at hand for an extended period of time? It comes as no surprise that after Covid-19 hit, we’ve had to rethink how we work. Employees found themselves quickly dipping their toes in a new system that requires them to cycle between working on premises and working remotely often. NetRefer was quick to make the right adjustments to ensure everyone can work comfortably and stay productive.
