Closing off the Month with EOM
To reward affiliate activity, you must action the ‘End of Month’ (EOM) process. A procedure for which the NetRefer platform provides surgical precision. Data is generated and verified using a set of affiliate Payment Generation Reports: Activity per Brand, Customer Registrations per Brand, Number of Days with Activity, Reward Type Product Breakdown, Monthly Totals, and Total Adjustments.
NetRefer’s platform also accommodates pre-set agreements you may have with Affiliates. If a predetermined quota has not been reached by end-of-month, there’s a functionality to push payments to the next month, if and when the quota has been reached. You truly have control and customisation means for your reward and payment plans, which suit both your Affiliates and your Company.
Payment Statuses as Stepping Stones
It’s not enough to know which payments have been approved and which not yet. The Payment Status functionality goes beyond a mere black and white approach. Some of the bread and butter statuses include On Hold, Open, Paid, Under Limit. Switch between these and more from the Payment Manager. When set to ‘Open’, a payment is good to go. When requesting a payment, use the Invoicing functionality – a format-friendly cornerstone of bookkeeping.
Keep the two functionalities – Minimum Payment Value (MPV) functionality and the Payment Submissions Audit – close. The first sets a baseline quota your Marketeers must reach for a payment status to become ‘Open’ or, if not, ‘Under Limit’. The latter issues a track record for an Affiliate’s entire payment submission history.
Payment Gateways and Tax Regulation
We’ve stacked our platform with the best and most secure payment options. All payments are handled through our Payment Gateways functionality. Link Affiliate accounts to one gateway or more. Alternatively, you can easily export data as a CSV file to process elsewhere.
With your army of marketeers stretching further afar, this means new team members from regions with their own tax regulations. This is where the Affiliate Tax add-on comes in. Set a country tax as default when assigning an Affiliate’s account to one of your products. If need be, manually change the tax rate for an Affiliate account or affix another country tax rate to a product.

With the clock ticking and new industry trends budding, you want to spend less time gathering data than time making it. We’re confident our data-handling features will be pivotal to your operations.
Gather all the data you need, for every product owned, including that for new customer registrations – even ones not affiliate-sourced – currency exchange rate, fee management, chargebacks, and customer action source platform. Choose between two importing methods – SFTP and Web String CSV Push. You also have sway over data sent through as there’s a manual data import function available too. Follow up easily, then, by opting in for email updates about your system data targeting financial, customer, and media stats.

Add tax percentages to entities. Each entity with registered affiliate tax will automatically have their country’s tax rate added onto payments at the end of each month. You can also add a country of affiliate-specific tax percentage, which will override the default entity country tax rate. Tax change statements can be viewed from various payment reports within the system.
Bookkeeping and Invoices
Auto-generate invoices and statements based on configurable templates and provide your affiliates with payment breakdowns. This add-on is handy if you need affiliates to invoice you before you pay because it allows them to download a PDF or .CSV file from their interface. Templates can be tailored to include logo, payment information, language, bank account details and so on.
This tool allows affiliates to pick their preferred currency or sign-up, along with enabling you to import multiple currencies if necessary. The preferred currency will also be displayed on the affiliate’s interface and in which affiliate payments are issued. You can create as many currencies as you like, and also manage respective conversion rates in the backend.
