Action Tracking (Pixel Firing)
The 'Action Tracking Pixel Firing' Add-On allows you to track any action occurring on your own websites or other backend systems. Actions are any events/actions not recorded by the NetRefer system by default or events/actions that are required for real-time notification for your affiliates. Typical actions include initiated downloads, registrations, and deposits. With the placement of an action tracking code, the add-on also enables a pixel to be fired to a specified callback/postback URL to notify the recipient of the action.
Deep Linking
Using this system functionality, affiliates can ‘deep link’ to landing pages other than the default landing page of the media item. This provides the flexibility to link to alternate sites, specific offers, or events.
Deep Link Whitelisting
The ‘Deep Link Whitelisting’ add-on provides greater control over how affiliates can use the Deep Linking Standard System functionality. This allows you to ensure they are not redirecting traffic to undesirable landing pages.
Dynamic Variables
When using Dynamic Variables, admin users can create a set of new parameters and add them to tracking links. The values of these links can be appended, stored in the ad server, and reported on in the admin and affiliate interface. This add-on is particularly useful for affiliates who wish to perform more in-depth analysis on campaigns/keywords and individual clicks.
Integration into Affiliate Networks
This add-on allows you to set affiliate accounts as affiliate networks. They can be provided with special tracking links allowing them to automatically track new affiliates in the network and their ongoing performance with the use of marketing sources.
Geo-location Media Groups
This system functionality allows you to create groups of targeted banners which can then be displayed according to the browser locale of the potential player. This is a potent tool for ensuring the right language, message, and promotion are shown to potential customers according to their location. Text links can also be added with multiple landing pages. Depending on the user locale, they will be redirected to the corresponding landing page.
Geo-targeting
With this system functionality, you can create groups of targeted banners that can be displayed according to the IP of the potential customer rather than the browser locale (as used with Geo-Location Media Groups). Geo-targeting allows you to target banners based on pre-created profiles drilling down to region, country, and even city level.
Multiple Landing Pages
This system functionality allows for multiple landing pages to be assigned to any one media component, allowing the affiliate to choose which landing page to use in conjunction with their banners. Enhanced reporting allows affiliates to gauge the most effective landing pages, which they can use to optimise results.
Offline Tracking Code
The ‘Offline Tracking Codes’ add-on offers an alternative tracking solution for new customer signups instead of using online banner tags. Offline codes can be used with all forms of offline marketing including print ads, television advertising campaigns, and promotional flyers. NetRefer’s system provides an interface for you to create alphanumeric tracking codes that affiliates can use in their offline marketing efforts. Affiliates can also create their own codes, as well as comprehensive reporting.
Pre-Defined Banner Groups
With this system functionality, you can create groups of banners that, based on time and/or weighting, will rotate on a single source code usage. This removes the need for multiple codes for a promotion and instead utilises a single code that rotates automatically according to your needs.
XML/RSS Feeds
With the XML/RSS Feeds add-on, you can add and edit XML and RSS Feed media types for affiliate use. These can be used to provide live odds and banner feeds. Affiliates can take XML/RSS feeds from their interface and use them on their marketing source.
Affiliate Tax
Add a tax percentage rate to financial entities using this add-on. These represent sub-divisions of a company that manages one or more products. The entities will have an entity country. If an affiliate is tax registered, they will automatically have their country’s tax rate added to their payments at the end of the month depending on the products their payments were generated for. You can also add a country or affiliate-specific tax percentage rate that will override their default entity country tax rate.
Customer Source
Customer Source usually refers to the source or device where a customer’s action has been initiated such as Mobile, Download, and App. With this add-on, you can define these platform types and send the registration and activity source in the data transfer, allowing you to see granular statistics about customer sources. Upon purchase, this add-on is bundled as a package with the Rewarding on Customer Source Add-On, letting you reward Revenue Share and CPA based on the sources.
Deposit Reports
This system functionality offers granular reporting to analyse first-time deposit activity against brand, product, and activity. The concept of First Time Deposits on a brand and product basis exists to enable more granular reporting on player depositing stats and allow analysis at brand/product level, customer level, and affiliate level. The 'Deposit Reports' are only available if you have the First Time Deposits and Deposit Reporting add-on enabled.
Multi-Currency
The Multi-Currency add-on allows affiliates to choose their preferred currency on signup as well as allowing you to import multiple currencies if required. The chosen currency will be displayed for all financial figures on the affiliate’s interface and issued for the affiliate’s payments. You can create as many currencies as required and manage the respective conversion rates via Settings or a daily conversion rate update.
Product Opt-out
This system functionality allows affiliates to choose which products they wish to promote (e.g., Sportsbook, Casino, Poker), thus optimising their marketing efforts. Affiliates who opt out of certain products will not be able to benefit from any revenue driven by their customers on these products as the data will not be imported. Conversely, they won’t be hindered by any losses on these products, thus optimising their returns.
Sub-Product Reports
Alongside your standard product, you may wish for a more granular breakdown of the performance of other products by sending Sub-Product data in the data transfer. Using this system functionality provides users with a detailed breakdown of the performance of Sub Products.
Cost Per Media
Cost Per Click and Cost Per Media reward plans can be set up using this system functionality, enabling users to cater to all online marketing deals focused on rewarding an affiliate on the traffic they refer rather than revenues generated.
Customer Expiry Per Product
This system functionality allows you to apply an expiry date to a product within a reward plan, thus setting the reward lifetime for each player per product. For example, you may select to limit the rewards on a particular product for one year per player, but then not limit expiry on other products.
Dynamic Bonuses
This system functionality allows dynamic bonus criteria to be added into reward plans to offer a flat reward with triggering criteria, typically used with Revenue Share or CPA to further incentivise affiliates.
Guaranteed Reward Plans
With this system functionality, you can create fixed rewards that guarantee a minimum payment to the affiliate. The system will calculate the Affiliates’ reward based on their assigned reward plan and then pay either the guaranteed sum or the reward value depending on which is higher, incentivising established affiliates to work with you.
Highest Reward on Hybrid Plans
Hybrid reward plans contain both CPA and Revenue Share criteria, which can both generate a reward/payment for Affiliates. This system functionality instructs the system to reward only the higher of the two values, helping to avoid manual calculations when dealing with affiliate partners who want a more flexible rewarding.
Negative Carryover (NCO)
This add-on allows NCO to be assigned per product, per reward plan, and therefore per affiliate. By default, if any affiliates’ customers generate negative revenue, any revenue share reward is zeroed. The following month, they will effectively start with a reward balance of zero and can earn rewards without the negative revenue of the previous month affecting them. The system calculates any negative rewards and rolls this over to the following month/s, ensuring any losses are covered by the Affiliate.
Reward Plan Scheduling
This system functionality allows existing reward plans to be put into a schedule, removing the need to manually move affiliates and/or customers onto different reward plans. This is especially useful if you want to offer promotional rewards that alter or decrease over time. This feature is flexible enough to use on an affiliate or customer signup basis, with movements being possible on a monthly or a number-of-month basis.
Rewarding by Customer Type
This add-on allows you to define a 'type' for each customer recruited. This 'customer type' can be used in reward plans to allow further flexibility when creating revenue share and CPA plans. This functionality is particularly effective when you wish to have flexibility in rewarding per country/region. It requires adjustments to the data transfer process for the customer type to be correctly assigned.
Rewards per Brand
With this add-on, you can configure Reward Plans so that a different revenue share percentage or CPA value is awarded depending on the customers’ registration or activity brand. This is used with the Advanced Rewards Product Grouping functionality, which allows you to assign products to a particular group. This way, the same product can be paired with different brands and generate different rewards for the affiliate.
Rewards Per Source
You can configure Reward Plans so that a different revenue share percentage or CPA value is rewarded depending on the source of the customer, both at registration and activity level. This add-on can only be used in conjunction with the 'Customer Source' Add-on.
Verified Customers
The 'Verified Customers' add-on allows you to send a file in the data transfer that updates whether customers have been verified. You can also update the status in the interface manually. This is useful when operating in regions where additional customer verification is required. With this add-on, you can configure the CPA component of reward plans to reward differently or even exclude customers from triggering CPA, based on their 'Verified'/'Non-Verified' status.
Advanced Affiliate Groups by Criteria
Applying the 'Affiliate Group with Criteria' Add-On allows the user to create 'Dynamic Affiliate Groups' based on a set of predefined criteria/filters. The affiliates that meet the preset criteria and form part of a 'Dynamic Affiliate Group' are automatically refreshed daily, removing the need for manually inserting the affiliate into the appropriate group. Dynamic Groups of affiliates can be created to fulfill different segmentation needs. The large choice of criteria and the number of combinations offer a wide variety.
Bookkeeping & Invoices
This add-on auto-generates invoices or statements based on configurable templates, allowing you to provide affiliates with a breakdown of payments. This is particularly useful if you require affiliates to issue you an invoice before payment, as affiliates can download a PDF or CSV invoice. You can tailor the template to suit your needs including logos, bank details, affiliate payment information, date, amount, product, etc. The templates can be assigned per payment method, brand, and language.
Contacts
This system functionality displays the assigned Affiliate Manager or Field Manager contact details on the Affiliate Interface, allowing a more personal approach to affiliate management. This is particularly useful when paired with Field Managers, or when there is a high volume of Admin Users managing different segments of affiliates.
Field Managers
Allow administrators to set up a special type of admin user known as Field Manager with this add-on. This type of user can be set to only view affiliates assigned to them. The user account can be created when an operator has managers responsible for affiliates of a specific country, language, brand, affiliate group, etc. Affiliates can also be assigned exclusively to a field manager so that no other field manager has access to these affiliates' accounts.
