Malta-Based NetRefer Has Been Awarded The Coveted “European Seal Of E-Excellence 2013” Award At The CEBIT, The World’s Largest Computer Exposition.
NetRefer was selected as one of the winners of this prestigious award out of a selection of world class ICT companies who have participated in this contest. From April to December 2012, a jury of investors, entrepreneurs and experts in the Informatics and Computer Technologies markets selected the best companies out of the submissions to win the award. The judges praised NetRefer for its success in its respective markets and decided on bestowing the company with a guarantee of credibility in the global markets.
Created by EMF, the Forum of e-Excellence, the Seal is the public recognition for winners that they have translated an innovative idea into a valuable and bankable product or service that has an excellent track record in the market. Now in its 11th year, the Seal has been awarded annually at the Seal Award Ceremony at CeBIT to various market leaders in the ICT field.

NetRefer Appoints Dexter Cutajar As New CEO; Founder Raphael Arnold Transitions To Executive Chairman
MALTA, Dec. 4th, 2023 – NetRefer (Arnold Media Limited) and its Board of Directors announced today that Founder and CEO Raphael Arnold will be stepping down as CEO effective December 1, 2023, and will be succeeded by the Chief Strategy Officer, Dexter Cutajar. Mr. Arnold will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
