By using any of the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data when using any of our Services, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that data privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we may from time to time update this Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Who are we?
NetRefer is a data-driven, AI-powered, affiliate marketing platform provider, engineered for the iGaming industry. Founded in 2005, our digital transformation remains relentless. Continuously refining our product offerings, we empower the industry's most successful Online Casino and Sports Betting Operators and their army of Affiliates with a complete and centralised affiliate management solution.
Information we Collect
NetRefer may collect and process different types of both personal and non-personal information relating to you, depending on the capacity in which you engage or interact with NetRefer (e.g. website visitor, client, affiliate, by chat, social media, etc.).
The types of data collected are:
Personal Data: This refers to any information that can identify an individual. This may include first and last name, title, date of birth, email address, phone numbers, Skype, Messenger, address, passwords, payments (IBAN), device data (such as IP), audit data (actions performed in the admin / affiliate platform), Usage Data and Cookies.
Technical & Usage Data: Technical and usage data is data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit). We may collect data on how the Service is being accessed and used. This may include information such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tracking Cookies Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and store certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. NetRefer will process the personal data as necessary to perform the Services and as further instructed by you (controller) in your use of the Service. We may use the collected data for various purposes:

- to detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud and financial crimes;
- to help us design our Services to better suit our users’ needs;
- to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, analyse trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences;

- to contact you with information about our products, services and other news, including by sending newsletters and marketing material that may be of interest to you;
- to manage and enforce our rights, terms of use or any other contracts with you, including to manage any disputes, manage, investigate and resolve complaints, or recover debts.
We also collect personal information you give us such as your name, e-mail or contact details when you actively fill in the Contact Us & Request A Demo form. This data is then sent to sales@netrefer.com, a NetRefer mailbox to which only the NetRefer Sales and Marketing team has access.
We may also ask you to provide your contact number in order to apply multifactor authentication.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). We will collect and use your personal data described in this Privacy Policy depending on the personal data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it. NetRefer may process your personal data because:
- we need to perform a contract with you;
- you have given us permission to do so;
- the processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights;
- to comply with the law.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have certain rights which you can exercise over your personal data. If you wish to be informed about what personal data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us. Data Retention
NetRefer will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our business and legal requirements, to resolve disputes and to enforce our legal agreements and policies.
NetRefer will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Your personal data is stored by NetRefer on its servers and on the servers of the cloud-based providers which NetRefer engages. - Google Analytics. Helps us understand website traffic and user interactions to enhance user experience. Google Analytics collects data such as IP addresses, browser type, and visited pages. - Coralogix. Supports real-time application monitoring and logging to detect and resolve technical issues swiftly, ensuring platform security and reliability. The data collected is technical and diagnostic, used exclusively for internal purposes.
- Hubspot. When you visit certain sections of our platform, HubSpot uses cookies for functionality, performance and to track visitors. This cookie is used to keep track of a visitor’s identity. - Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel): We use this to understand the effectiveness of our Meta Ads and deliver personalized advertising based on user interactions with our website. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Governing Law
You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. The parties agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy or its subject-matter, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malta Arbitration Centre in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Cap. 387 of the Laws of Malta) and the arbitration rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre in force at the time of the dispute.
