Live Chat Official Launch - NetRefer

NetRefer today announced the official launch of the new Live Chat service for its customer base. The service had already been soft-launched and preparations have been underway throughout 2015 so most already knew that this day was fast approaching.

Experts agree that Live chat is the future of call centre support because it is already delivering extraordinary levels of customer satisfaction across the globe.

The service runs alongside existing customer service touch points which include email, technical ticketing services and telephone calls; all operated by highly trained in-house customer service professionals. We believe in staying abreast of new technologies that benefit our customers.

In this first stage the service will run from Monday to Friday during office hours; 9am to 5pm (GMT+1), covering the most important hours of the day. This service will be supported by other customer touch-points such as online access to our product knowledge-base and interactive video tutorials which are available 24/7.

The Live Chat service is offered within the NetRefer software infrastructure making it intuitive and easily accessible. Our agents have been provided with and trained for the use of the latest industry software to enable smooth real-time communication that never lets you down.
